Requirements:
️ Thai national proficient in English language
️ Filipino can speak, write and read in Thai and English languages.
️ Open to Undergraduates but must have Call Center Experience
️ Experience in sales, lead generation, or lead qualification is an advantage
️ Ability to manage documentation
️ Candidate must be willing work in BGC, Taguig.
️ Can start working as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
️ Call partners to promote ongoing deals and incentives
️ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and refer them to the right sales team
️ Help with pricing and quotes for partners
️ Maintain good relationships with Thai clients, partners, and teams
️ Record all calls and activities in the system
️ Answer partner questions and assist with portal issues
️ Handle basic document requests like brochures and promo details
