Position: Japanese SuccessFactors Payroll Package Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including end-to-end implementations of SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll.
Lead and execute the configuration of SAP Payroll, including payroll objects such as wage types, schemas, payroll rules, and other key components
Ability to cooperate and take a business and solution lead in a multi-vendor team
With working experience in the required SAP skills for at least 1 year and above
Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan or in any locations can apply
Salary is Highly Negotiable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and deploy HR technology solutions, establishing key business capabilities & enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Provide expert consulting services and guide clients through the implementation process
Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules
Closely collaborate with clients, understanding their business and functional requirements, and translating them into SuccessFactors design documents
May involve leading a functional team and working on longer-term projects
