Position: Japanese Application Developer (SAP ABAP HANA)

Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
Must be able to speak basic English
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
Must have a technical language and knowledge of SAP ABAP on HANA development
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills ABAP on HANA development, HANA CDS Views
Open to apply who have experience in these other related SAP skills: Reports (ALV, Interactive ALV, etc), Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, etc), Enhancements (UserExits, CustomerExits, BADI, etc), Forms (SAPScripts, SmartForms, AdobeForms, etc)
Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan can apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications
Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications
Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
Document technical specifications and development processes
Perform system testing and validation procedures
Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications
Involvement in project work for various SAP modules
Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations
Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process
