Job Requirements:
French nationals with permanent residence visa or temporary residence visa and English proficiency (based in the Philippines or abroad)
Open to candidates who are degree holders, undergraduates, or high school graduates
Customer service experience is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Davao
Amenable to shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, email and chats for the customers.
Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner
Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately
Ensure that the team targets are met.
