Position: Japanese Admin staff / Interpreter
Salary: Php40,000 - Php60,000
Industry: Japan Recruitment Agency
Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off)
Work Arrangement: Work onsite

Requirements of the work:
Open to Filipino who can speak Japanese/ Half Filipino and Half Japanese
Open to JLPT N1/N2 Passer or Level
Open to Bachelor's graduate or Undergraduate
Female ( 25 to 38 years old)
Can speak Tagalog, English and Japanese
Has exposure in Japan culture (a highly preferred applicant)
Determination in working with Japanese clients abroad/ Japan
Active in various details in documents and reports
Passionate in terms of working and good relationships with the employees
Accurate with the details in the work and checking Filipino can speak Japanese Language
Job Responsibilities:
Attend interviews between Japanese employers and Filipino applicant
Translate email of Japanese employer to Filipino applicant
Attend meeting with Filipino employees and Japanese Employers
Facilitate interviews between Japanese Manager and Applicant
Conduct orientation to Filipino to be deployed in Japan
Send Filipino workers to airport and help them board the flight
Check on Filipino workers if they have concerns about their employment in Japan
Answer inquiries about Filipino worker’s requirements to work in Japan
Understand the employer’s preferences on Hiring Filipino
Translate documents from Japanese to English and Vice versa
Welcome Japanese Employers in the Philippines
Book flight, Book hotels and Reserve restaurants for Japanese guests.
