Requirements:
Any foreign national proficient in German language, currently located in the Philippines
With experience in Sales or Customer Retention is a plus
Open for undergraduates
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Amenable to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls
Implement reports that will help to promote the company
Developing customer satisfaction goals to ensure holistic and enjoyable customer experience
Execute new and creative ideas for improvement on sales, retention, and trends
Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate company revenue
