️ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
️ Preferably with work experience as a bilingual Spanish
️ With Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
️ Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
️ Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
️ Assist and guide customers through company processes and services
️ Ensure all interactions follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
️ Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in resolving customer concerns
