Position: Spanish Procure to Pay Specialist

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-UP (Work onsite for the 1st 3 months of training)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or business administration
Knowledge with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle or Quickbooks.
Strong communication abilities, experience with relevant ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, knowledge of P2P processes.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from internal stakeholders.
Maintaining supplier information and performance metrics.
Specifying delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions.
Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Generating payment files and initiating payments to suppliers.
Perform other related task if needed
