Position: Japanese Virtual Assistant (PowerPoint Maker - Back Office)

Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
️ Open to Native, JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-Passer
️ Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
️ Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
️ Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Produces, re-creates, edits, and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
️ Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
️ Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
️ Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
️ Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
