Your Mission: From Prototype to Production
As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and refining sophisticated AI applications across various departments within this large-scale organization. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to transform business needs into powerful, production-ready solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Spearhead AI Innovation: Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to design and develop groundbreaking AI applications using advanced technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and intelligent workflows.
-Own the Full Lifecycle: Drive AI projects from initial concept and rapid prototyping to robust, scalable production systems. You will be responsible for rigorous evaluation and testing throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Build & Integrate: Develop and integrate powerful services with internal and external APIs, building the connective tissue that powers our AI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Best: Work in a dynamic, continuous delivery environment alongside talented Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Product Owners to bring unified solutions to life.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class.

Your Profile: We are looking for a motivated engineer with a blend of strong programming fundamentals and a passion for artificial intelligence.
Core Qualifications:
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
- A solid understanding of system design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to contribute to and drive initiatives forward.
Bonus Points for Experience With:
- Building and deploying RAG applications or other generative AI solutions.
- Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud), with relevant certifications being a strong plus.
- MLOps or LLMOps practices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Working within financial services, government, or other regulated industries.
