Brooklyn, Pretoria: FORECLOSURES SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual with strong business English proficiency
-Minimum 10 years recent Foreclosures experience at a law firm a must (Preferably FNB Foreclosures)
-Fully independently functional (Full Foreclosures function)
-Computer literate in Lexis and Ghost Practice, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Hard working with attention to detail
-Preferably with little family obligations and able to work weekends when required
-Own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and tying of FNB Foreclosures documentation for law firm (Full function)
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings
-General secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross, depending on experience (±R 20 000.00 – R 26 000.00 Nett)
