Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: TEMP CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (Nedbank & FNB Bonds)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Strong recent Conveyancing experience at law firm a must (Senior Level), specifically in Nedbank and FNB Bond Registrations and Cancellations a must
-Fully independently functional, including drafting of all relevant documentation very important
-Computer literate (preferably in Lexis Nexis)
-Strong typing skills essential (speed and accuracy)
-Non smoker
-Valid driver’s license with own vehicle a must
-Contactable employment References
-Preferably residing in / near Pretoria East
-To start as soon as possible
Duration: 3 – 6 months temporary position
Duties:
-Drafting of Nedbank and FNB Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations for law firm
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
