Position: Japanese HR Manager

Location:Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Shift: 9:00 AM -6:00PM (Day shift) Monday-Friday

Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese
Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No certification required)
Handling employees at least 50 to 100 Staff
Bachelors graduate is a must
Graduate in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related course
50 % English and 50% Japanese communication
With Experience in recruitment, Onboarding and Interviews
5 years above work experience as HR Manager.
Willing to work onsite in Makati
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the HR department and offering strategic HR insights.
Monitor and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.
Manage to coordinate with employees concerns and inquiry
Maintaining collections of different employee information and creating reports on general HR assessments.
Developing and managing the HR operation effectively and Improvement and maintenance
