Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 - $28 / hour*
What you'll be doing as aService Coordinator :
Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians to perform preventive maintenance and service repairs
Manage customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Generate and follow-up on service quotes and seek new business whenever possible
Monitor shipping and receiving activities
Conduct service request data entry and management
Submit warranty claims and ship parts to the factory

Job requirements:
High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand-held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) is required
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
Forklift certification a plus but not required
Highly physical role with frequent use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling
Regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift or move 40+ lbs
Possess exceptional organization, communication (verbal and written), and follow-up skills with the ability to effectively manage a high volume of priorities and commitments in a highly visible, fast-paced work environment
Background check and Drug test required
