JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
Open for Filipino or Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)
With or without call centre experience
Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat using Spanish or English languages
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Providing proactive customer outreach
Handling customer complaints
Perform other related tasks if needed.
