Position: Spanish Customer Travel Support
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Location: Makati City (Work Onsite)
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 (Gross)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:12 PM
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

REQUIREMENTS:
️Proficient in Spanish and English (verbal & written)
️Open to foreign nationals residing in the Philippines
️Graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
️2+ years experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
️Personal travel experience is a big plus!
️Computer savvy with excellent web navigation skills
️Strong interpersonal and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Handle Spanish and English travel inquiries and bookings
️Assist travelers with trip planning, transportation, and accommodations
️Translate marketing content like newsletters and advisories
️Provide timely support and solutions for client concerns
️Manage emergency calls and urgent travel-related issues
️Deliver world-class service with passion and professionalism
