JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
No experience needed
Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner and effeciently responding to customer inquries
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding with Electric vehicles (EVs)
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Perform other related tasks needed
