Position: Japanese SAP Hana Finance Package Specialist (SAP FI (Finance) / CO (Controlling)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
Experience with SAP Finance processes and workflows
Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO) modules, including S/4HANA Finance
In-depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions
With working experience in the required SAP skills for at least 1 year and above
Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan or in any locations can apply
Salary is Highly Negotiable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with clients to understand their financial business processes and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA
Configure and implement SAP FICO functionalities such as General Accounting (GL), Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Project Systems.
Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP tools to provide insights into financial performance and costs.
Participate in testing cycles and provide ongoing support after system go-live to ensure a smooth transition
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function and implement changes using SAP solutions.
