1353130 BC Ltd dba Brewster’s Sports Pub at #700-7380 King George Blvd in Surrey, BC is hiring cooks for full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
To cook food & prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, making curries, cutting meat etc.,
To set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies,
Stock inventory appropriately,
Handling multiple orders,
to comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations,
Prepare plate presentation procedures,
Determine size of food portions,
Clean up station and store leftover food,
To manage and train staff, to track and report food waste issues.
Minimum experience of 1 year as a cook in restaurant is required. Minimum education required is Secondary school. Language required is English. Salary would be of $ 30.00/hr.
