Your Mission & Impact
As the VP of AI & Analytics, you will be the chief architect of the company’s intelligent future. Your mission is to harness the power of AI to create unparalleled competitive advantages in efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Architect the AI Blueprint: You will define and execute the enterprise-wide AI and Analytics roadmap, translating ambitious business goals into a clear, actionable technology strategy.
- Pioneer Cutting-Edge Solutions: You will lead a world-class team to build and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models that solve complex, real-world industrial challenges—from predictive quality control on the factory floor to autonomous supply chain optimization.
- Drive Business Transformation: You will act as the crucial bridge between technology and business. You'll partner with executive leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance to integrate AI-driven insights and automation into every facet of the organization.

Key Areas of Technological Focus

- Agentic AI: Explore and implement autonomous AI agents capable of dynamic, real-time decision-making to manage and optimize complex operational workflows without human intervention.
- Computer Vision: Deploy advanced computer vision systems on a massive scale to automate quality control, achieve new benchmarks in defect detection, and enhance process automation across production lines.
- Large Language Models (LLMs): Advance the use of LLMs beyond simple automation to create sophisticated knowledge management systems, internal decision-support platforms, and new avenues for customer engagement.
- Predictive Analytics & Big Data: Utilize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies to build robust models for demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and strategic market intelligence.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a hybrid leader—a hands-on AI expert with a proven track record of executive leadership and strategic business impact. You thrive on solving complex problems and are passionate about using technology to reinvent the physical world.
- Technical Mastery: You possess deep, hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world settings. You have demonstrable success with Computer Vision, LLMs, and ideally, emerging fields like Agentic AI.
- Industrial Domain Experience: You bring 10+ years of experience in AI and Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Crucially, your experience is rooted in manufacturing, industrial automation, or complex supply chain environments. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of applying data science to physical operations.
- Transformational Leadership: You are a proven leader who can build and scale high-performing technical teams from the ground up. You know how to inspire, mentor, and create a culture that attracts and retains the best talent.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: You think in terms of business outcomes. You have a sharp focus on defining KPIs, measuring success, and delivering tangible cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue growth through technology.
- Formal Credentials: An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field is required.
