Responsibilities: Responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting (coaching, assisting, training & answering queries) Analyses process- and system-errors and solves and/ or forwards those issues or any other query according to the activity split between HR Direct and 2nd support teams. Acts as the first point of contact for the target community for designated HR services within the region. Processes incoming queries (either via call or eMail) from Japan and clarifies open questions related to HR services. Will b e working directly to HR Directors and Business Partners to ensure that Operational Processes are aligned with the needs of each region or Country. You will be responsible for complaint processing and escalation if necessary.
