Position: Japanese Flight Booking Specialist

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 60,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday) | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or Non-Passer
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage but not required
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries and bookings from Japanese and English speaking accounts.
Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Japanese
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
