WE’RE LOOKING FOR JAPANESE IT IT HELP DESK

COMPANY PROFILE: A German BPO consultancy company providing customer support, order management, consultancy and outsourcing. This German firm provides services to fortune 500 companies and global manufacturing firms around the world.

Position: Japanese IT Help Desk
Industry: German Professional Service provider
Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Fixed 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Arrangement: Dayshift | Onsite (Onsite during probationary period, hybrid set-up will be provided depending on the performance)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese Nationals and Filipino who can speak fluently in Japanese
Open to N1 Passers
Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience as an IT Service Desk
Focus on workplace IT knowledge is preferred
Must have quick problem-solving skills
Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills
Possess a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
Can work under pressure and must possess exceptional customer service skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform high level of IT support for a global team (e.g Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
Support the IT Service Desk Global Team in innovation plans and should actively communicate with the team to create solutions that can address concerns and issues accordingly and effectively
Respond to user incidents and requests in a systematic approach by collecting, documenting, resolving and processing issues via phone, email, or chat
Solve the technical issues by using knowledge in IT that can address real-life IT concerns and issues
Develop a comprehensive understanding and mastery of all Service Desk tools and can perform duties assigned accordingly
