Position: Japanese Lead Front-End Developer
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000-100,000 (negotiable)
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Set-up: Onsite
BENEFITS:
Fixed transportation allowance of Php 4,500 (this will be prorated for the days absent)
For regular employees, the following benefits also apply:
HMO for the employee
10 paid leave per year
These are generic leaves you can use for vacation, sickness, etc.
This will be prorated depending on the regularization date
For every 3 years that the employee has stayed with the company, the latest version of the iPhone is lent to the employee.
The iPhone is returned upon resignation
Every 3 years thereafter, the old iPhone will be returned to the company and the latest version of iPhone will be lent again
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N1-N3 Passer
Open for Native Japanese with Permanent Visa
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Strong knowledge and experience in design principles and practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with back-end development and integration.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing, and maintaining the user interface of our web applications
You will play a crucial role in organizing and leading our future front-end team
Will work closely with our back-end developers.
Develop and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Lead and mentor the front-end team.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
