Position: Spanish Customer Care Representative

Salary: Php 67,000 Monthly gross
Work Schedule: Midshift or Night Shift
Work set-up: Temporary Hybrid - work onsite once a week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Native Spanish Speakers located in the Philippines
️ Conversational to Fluent in English
️ Open for graduate and undergraduates
️ At least 1 year of BPO experience
️ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Responsible in assisting customer’s inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
️ Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
️ Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
️ Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
️ Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
️ Accomplish other related tasks needed

️ Validation of documents (VISA and Passport) for Expat Specialist approval
️ Internet Speed Test (25 MBPS required)
️ Written Assessment – with timer 60 minutes
️ Team Lead Interview - 30 minutes
