Requirements:
️ Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish language
️ Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
️ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
️ Preferably with work experience as a bilingual Spanish
️ With Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
️ Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
️ Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
️ Assist and guide customers through company processes and services
