Information support is not limited to business support systems. The company also handles communications, technology, retail, financial services, government markets and healthcare.

Position: Spanish IT Support

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Spanish and English Language
Filipino or foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
Must have 1-year SPANISH BPO VOICE experience (REQUIRED)
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and must be amenable to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
Perform other related tasks needed
