Salary: Php 62,000 - Php 78,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Foreign National proficient in German language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Amenable to work Nightshift in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
