Position: Japanese Procurement Analyst
Company: Real estate services and investment firm
Salary: Php 120,000
Location: Makati
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Once a week)
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
Open for Filipino who can speak, read and write in Japanese Fluently
Filipino who is JLPT N3 - N1 Passer or Non-Passer
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent or any degree with experience on the role is welcome to apply
Open for Undergraduate and Graduates
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management
Applicants who have experience working or Reside in Japan
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI is preferred
Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have Knowledge in Project Management is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the APAC Procurement as a Service team on additional procurement tasks.
Establishes requirements for and ensures the integrity of centralized procurement database systems. Serves as key point of contact
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers through letters, calls and webinars
Implement process improvement within the company and cultivate solid working relationships with important external and internal partners.
Organizes and implements Regional contracting and procurement strategies to increase operational efficiency and profitability
Implement & manage relationships with regional suppliers and contractors and lead in contract negotiations.
Manages the supplier vetting certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
Works with Procurement Operations to ensure that all suppliers are onboarded for Accounts
