Job Description:
- Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Manage and supervise delivery drivers and logistics personnel.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust delivery schedules and routes as needed.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues and logistics concerns promptly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report delivery performance metrics to management.
- Ensure all delivery operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Train and mentor new delivery team members to uphold operational standards.
Job requirements:
Languages : English.
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate .
Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
