REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Can speak Hokkien or Fukien and English.
Open to Senior High School, Undergraduates, and Graduates in any courses.
Open to someone who has experience in Customer Service in any industry.
Having 1 year of experience in Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries about the unit.
Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for arranging and conducting site visits, showroom tours, and model unit presentations.
Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
Conduct client presentations to promote condominium projects and available units.
Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, budget, and requirements
Address inquiries related to pricing, payment terms, project timelines, and unit specifications.
