Natuoil Services Inc at Unit #2150, 550 Sherling Pl in Port Coquitlam, BC is hiring a Wholesale Trade Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall sales strategies and operations of the wholesale division
Analyze current market trends and customer requirements to forecast demand and identify new sales opportunities; monitor competitor activities
Develop and implement effective pricing structures and credit policies in line with company goals,
Oversee the preparation and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
Plan departmental budgets, authorize spending, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients
Source new products and negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally
Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; assign duties and schedules accordingly
Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years or more in retail sales/wholesale at supervisor/manager level is required.
Language: English is required
Terms:
Wage: $ 45.00 per hour
Work: Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week
