We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. This position requires a strong background in automation testing and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.
- Execute and analyze automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Identify, record, and track defects in the testing process.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure scalability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Chinese dialect (Cantonese or Mandarin).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
