Position: Field Sales Account Manager

Job Requirements:
bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related.
With atleast 7-8 years of work experience in Sales.
With atleast 5 years managerial experience.
in the automotive sales dealership (Autoparts, Car Accessories, Tires, Lubricants) to business-to-business clients.
With experience working in Automotive industry/ or with experience in automotive
Willing to be travel in different location of the company (Visayas/ Mindanao)
With Active driver’s License.
Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor competitor activities in the local market such as pricing, product mix and/or sales related processes and develop /adapt the relevant strategies
Represents the Dealership and builds strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and statutory representatives
Analysis of sales performance and market performance
Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
Collaborates and maintains a good working relationship with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other stakeholders to attain the set business goals.
Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
