Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree of any course
With at least 7-10 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing
With at least 5 years of leadership experience
SAP experience is a plus
Global Payroll experience is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure timely and precise salary disbursement, including bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions.
Prepare and present detailed payroll reports and analytics to management and finance teams for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain consistency in compensation and benefits policies across regions.
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators on a global or regional scale to enhance payroll operations.
