JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Highschool Graduate
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service Representative
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use email and chat to handle all incoming and outgoing customer communications.
Make careful you answer all of the customer's questions.
Treat the client with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
Make sure to consider the demands of the client and give prompt, efficient answers.
Engage with internal teams and raise concerns when necessary.
