Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Open for undergraduates
At least 3 years of working experience in customer service representative role
Experience working with same industry is advantage
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Upselling and recommending products and services
Responsible for responding with issues and manage escalations by coordinating Team Leads
Collaborating with internal teams regarding with policies, products and services
