Job Description:
-Supervise, coordinate and schedule painters, decorators, helpers and labourers.
-Read plans/specifications and determine materials, equipment and time needed.
-Inspect completed work for compliance with quality, colour and finish standards.
-Requisition and track paint, tools, consumables and equipment.
-Train and mentor new staff, apprentices;
-Enforce safety procedures
-Resolve onsite problems; recommend productivity and quality improvements.
-Prepare daily logs, progress reports, timesheets and liaise with clients/contractors.
-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company policies.
Job Description:
-Secondary education is required;
-2 to 3 years relevant experience is required.
