Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Invoice Posting.
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
Enter invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring correct general ledger coding and cost center allocation
Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies promptly
Verify and process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies
Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
