Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Spanish and English Language
Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
Must have 1-year SPANISH BPO VOICE experience (REQUIRED)
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and must be amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing assistance to customer inquries via emails, calls and messages.
Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems
Test and evaluate new technologies and perform electrical safety checks
Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
Perform other related tasks needed
