JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or any related field
With 7 to 8 years’ experience in Sales
With experience in Cars Accessories and Lubricant
Willing to be travel in different location of the company (Visayas/ Mindanao)
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor competitor activity in the local market—including pricing, product offerings, and sales strategies—and develop or adapt relevant strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the dealership and foster strong, strategic relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Analyze sales and market performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare the annual team budget and oversee the effective utilization of approved financial resources.
Collaborate with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other key stakeholders to achieve defined business objectives and maintain strong professional relationships.
Support the sales team by helping individuals set ambitious yet achievable monthly targets, and providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.
