We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled HRMS Analyst Programmer to support and enhance our client's Human Resources Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP SuccessFactors, and a solid understanding of HR processes and data flows. Candidates with other HRMS backgrounds are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain HRMS applications and integrations
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting across HR platforms
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR operations and analytics
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR, IT, and external vendors
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in application development or system support, ideally within HRMS environments
- Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred
- Understanding of HR functions such as payroll, talent management, performance, and employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
Bonus Skills
- Experience with other HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
- Exposure to cloud-based HR solutions and data migration projects
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards
