Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in Payroll Processing
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
SAP experience is an advantage
Global payroll experience is a plus
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions.
Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive payroll reports and analytics to management and finance teams to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits policies across all regions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators to enhance global payroll operations and drive process improvements.
