Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
With atleast 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin
With experience working in a PEZA registered company is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee databases and organizing emails and files for the HR department.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave to support payroll processing.
Assist the HR Manager in policy development, recruitment, and salary administration.
Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements online, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
