JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Mandarin and open to conversational to fluent in English.
Open to undergraduates and bachelor’s degrees in any courses.
Having experience in property management or the real estate field. Having experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a big advantage.
Knowledgeable in using office software and customer service platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, online chat, and other channels.
Provide accurate and professional information regarding rooms and services.
Manage customer complaints, follow up on resolutions, and provide timely feedback.
Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and improve customer satisfaction.
Organize and analyze customer service data, and prepare regular service reports.
Support sales, operations, and other departments with related tasks.
Complete other duties assigned by management.
