JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
At least 10 above years of experience in Risk and Regulatory role.
At least 10 above years of leadership experience.
Willing to work in Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES::
Design, establish, and continuously refine the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and operational guidelines.
Actively detect, analyze, and track emerging risks across all business areas, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and promptly escalated to senior management and the board.
Promote a culture of compliance by ensuring all employees and business functions operate in line with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
Perform periodic internal audits and compliance evaluations to confirm alignment with organizational procedures and best practices.
Direct internal compliance audits and risk reviews to assess policy adherence and identify areas for improvement.
