JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
With at least 7 years of experience in compliance, strategic planning, and program/project management.
Experience in policy governance
Amendable to work in hybrid set up
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global regulatory initiatives.
Serve as a senior advisor, representing the regulatory function in key internal and external forums.
Oversee the full lifecycle of compliance policies, ensuring timely reviews, updates, and implementation.
Develop and manage Compliance Organizational Resiliency (COR) programs to strengthen governance and operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and lead proactive engagement with regulators and industry bodies.
