Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
With at least 7 years of Global Payroll Experience
At least 5 years of work experience in leadership role
Experience working using SAP software
Amenable to work fully on site
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the operations within the Team
Responsible for escalate the issues and create solutions for the issues or problems
Make a logical plan for the success of the company.
Assist the team with the performance and create appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure the progress in issues and agreements are accurately documented.
