Major domestic and international law firm seeks a Derivatives savvy mid-level Associate Attorney to join its expanding NY team.
Candidate will have over 3 years of derivatives experience within a financial institution or law firm (experience will be current or very recent) ; Proven track record representing commercial and investment banks across various derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered investment companies ; Keen experience working on highly structured, bespoke transactions ; Proficient in managing client relationships and independently progressing transactions.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades) ; Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required ; NY Bar.

-Representing a diverse clientele on a wide range of derivatives transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds and registered investment companies.
