Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Team Lead (Onsite - Imus, Cavite).
Job Description:
The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project tasks, including monitoring team performance, personnel training, team scheduling, coordinating activities, communicating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, leading the team to achieve its goals.
Can assist business parties to optimize review standards and help business development.
Qualifications:
▪ Strong project management and organizational skills
▪ Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any or related field
▪ Minimum 1-2 year relevant working experience as Team Leader (preferably with BPO, e-commerce, OR content security review management experience)
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
▪ Able to work effectively in a team environment
▪ Knowledge of data annotation and machine learning concepts is a plus.
▪ This is an on-site role, willing to work in the office with the team located at Imus, Cavite.
